About Faithful Friends

Faithful Friends is staffed by dedicated and compassionate animal lovers. We all have numerous pets, so we understand how difficult it is to lose a pet.

The owner, Tim McKinnish, opened Faithful Friends in 2001 and has 4 1/2 prior years of experience in the field. Michelle Bertola, operations manager, has worked with Faithful Friends since 2002. While both Tim and Michelle considered vet school, they have years of experience working at animal hospitals, and both earned their Bachelors degrees at NCSU, Tim in animal science and Michelle in biology. Tim found his calling when creating Faithful Friends, as he truly feels he is here to help people during their time of need.
