Individual Cremation :
Pet is cremated individually. Ashes returned are all
of your pet's ashes and only your pet's ashes.

Communal Cremation :
If you do not want your pet's ashes back, we also offer
a communal or group cremation. Pets are cremated in a group, and we scatter
or bury the ashes in the country; we do not return any ashes to the owner.

Return
of Remains : Being able to achieve
closure with the loss of your beloved pet
is important to us. For that reason, we
return your pet's ashes to you as soon as
possible, usually no more than two business
days. Your pet's ashes will be returned
in a hard plastic (temporary) container
covered by a velvet bag. We do have more
permanent style containers available as
well.

Home Services :
For your convenience, we are on-call 24
hours a day. Should you need us to come
to your home after the death of your pet,
we will schedule a time to meet you at
your residence. We will deliver your pet's
remains back to your veterinarian, by
mail, or you may pick them up at our office.
If you plan to have your pet euthanized
at your home and your regular veterinarian
is unavailable, we may be able to coordinate
with or refer you to a mobile veterinarian
in your area.
Should you want or need to speak with
someone about your grief, we can also
refer you to a professional counselor
in the human-animal bond grief process.

Memorialization
: A lasting tribute to memoralize
your special pet is always available.
We offer an extensive selection of wooden,
metal, ceramic, resin, and marble urns
in a variety of price ranges. We also
offer several styles of granite markers
and caskets. Engraved name plates, laser
engraving, and custom engraving are also
available.
Please allow additional time for delivery
when ordering engraving, custom work,
or urns not commonly stocked.
